We meticulously ensure that each diet is crafted with the right balance of nutrients, including proteins, healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates, designed to meet daily intakes. Our meal prep service goes the extra mile to ensure your culinary satisfaction. Whether you have specific dietary preferences or restrictions, such as Paleo, Keto, Vegan, or Gluten Free, we've got you covered. What's more, if you're craving a diverse array of multicultural flavors, you've come to the right place. We take pride in offering a menu that spans various cuisines, ensuring a delightful and globally-inspired experience that caters to all tastes and dietary needs.
Preparation
Our Meal Prep offers the convenience of two servings sizes: a generous 4 - 5 Serving option and a more compact 2 - 3 Serving alternative, both neatly packaged in tin foil containers. We prioritize convenience from start to finish. Not only do our dishes offer easy serving, but they also help you save time on grocery shopping, dishwashing, and cooking. You can store the meals in fridge for 3 - 4 days, and when you're ready to enjoy, just heat them up at oven 350F for 15 - 20 mins. This means you get to savor hot, delicious food without the hassle of meal preparation, allowing you to focus on what truly matters- savoring your meals and spending time with loved ones.
Delivery Timeframe
Our Delivery service is exclusively available on Saturdays, and we kindly request orders to be placed by Wednesday noon of the same week for optimal scheduling. Please note that delivery charges are to subject to variation based on your specific location, and the details are provided in the list below for your reference.
